Detailed Itinerary

Arrival in Chandigarh → Travel to Shimla

Arrive Chandigarh Airport/Railway station. Get picked up and travel to Shimla (8-9 hrs). Visit Pinjore Gardens en route (if time permits). Check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Shimla Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Indian Institute of Advanced Studies (formerly Viceroy's residence), Kufri, and enjoy the Nature Park. Later visit Jakhu Temple (108ft Hanuman statue). Evening walk on Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay.

Shimla → Manali Travel

After breakfast, check out and journey to Manali. En route visit Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple. Witness Kullu Market. Optional river rafting. Evening check-in Manali. Dinner and overnight stay.

Solang Valley Tour

After breakfast, full day at Solang Valley — adventure hub of Manali. Skiing, zorbing, paragliding, ropeway (own cost). Scenic mountain views. Return for dinner and overnight stay.

Manali City Tour

After breakfast, visit Hadimba Devi Temple (400 years), Vashisht Baths, Club House, Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar Park. Evening shopping on Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay.

Manali → Dharamshala

After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala (240 kms, 7-8 hrs). Visit tea gardens and Chamunda Devi Temple en route. Check in. Rest of the day at leisure.

Dharamshala → Dalhousie

After breakfast, visit Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple & Waterfall, McLeodganj, Dal Lake, Cricket Stadium. Later drive to Dalhousie. Dinner and overnight stay.

Dalhousie — Khajjiar

Morning drive to Khajjiar — the Switzerland of India. Surrounded by pine and deodar forests with a small lake in the center. Return to Dalhousie in the evening.

Dalhousie → Amritsar

After breakfast, drive to Amritsar (200 kms). Visit Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Wagah Border. Dinner and overnight stay.

Amritsar → Chandigarh Drop

After breakfast, check out and drive to Chandigarh. Drop at Airport/Railway station for onward journey.
